Nonprofit fundraising professionals, this month’s for you! We have great programming coming up, and I hope that this guide will help you make the most of it.

For starters, we are kicking off the month with a great in-person program out of our Washington, DC office, called Seven Habits of a Kick-A$$ Development Director. Led by Maureen Devine-Ahl, from MK Fundraising Solutions, this session will look at the the seven habits highly effective directors possess, core components of each, and simple strategies for implementation. This is a great session for anyone who aspires to be a development director, is one, or needs to hire or supervise one. On the 29th of March, our Atlanta-based office will launch the Emerging Development Professionals Leadership Circle. This is a monthly peer group meeting for new development professionals from small nonprofit organizations to share challenges and strategies for personal and organizational success. In an informal, roundtable format, participants will have the opportunity to share their insights, gain practical solutions, and alleviate any on-the-job isolation or stress that they might experience. Finally, for those of you that are looking to hone your proposal writing skills, we will be offering three Proposal Writing Boot Camps this month across the country in San Francisco, CA; Cleveland, OH; and Washington, DC.
