Advocating for yourself or your organization is hard! You can become more successful by learning how to recognize negotiating opportunities and properly prepare for them.

There are lots of excuses, and they boil down to this: most people really don’t know how to negotiate. In this presentation, you'll learn how to recognize opportunities for negotiating—asking for what you want. You'll also get a practical, easy to implement approach you can use when preparing for negotiations—to get what you need. This presentation also reviews the 3 R’s of effective negotiation preparation. Once you understand and begin to practice these skills, you’ll reap the benefits of being a more effective negotiator.
