About

Here’s the scenario – you have too many tasks and too little time – what can you possibly do all the things on your plate within a 24 hour day?! While the Project Management Institute offers a distinct set of phases that serves as the global benchmark for all project management best practices, most nonprofit professionals do not necessarily have the time or expertise to follow these project management tactics. Also, we all know that best practices are aspirational, but nonprofit professionals need help in the short-term and finding real solutions to these challenges. What is the middle ground? How can this be more tactical? This session will offer these best practices through the lens of an overworked, knowledgeable nonprofit professional that might need a little bit more support and learn some project management hacks to provide a bit of relief in your daily work.
