Corporate giving and volunteering is on the rise, but so is competition for companies’ attention and resources. As corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs become more specific and strategic, how do you find the right match for your non-profit’s mission? And once you find that match, how do you differentiate yourself among the many others competing for attention, so companies choose to partner with you? In this hands-on session, we will cover how to prospect companies for partnership, build corporate relationships and design/pitch partnerships that meet the needs and interests of all parties. Workshop participants are encouraged to come with examples of corporate partnership challenges to work through together in real time.

  • Understand best practices and strategies for building a well-aligned corporate prospect list
  • Know how to plan a cultivation strategy for each prospect
